South Sound Rules and Regulation

Please follow the link below for additional South Sound League lacrosse play rules.  These variations of the US Lacrosse rules are intended to be more strict than US Lacrosse for the safety of the players.  They also may include NFHS (National Federation of High Schools rules).  You will also see the requirements of a club in the South Sound Lacrosse League.
