October - Registration for spring lacrosse opens.
February - Regular season practices begin
March - May - Regular season games, normally played on Saturdays, are concluded with an end of the season league tournament.

Please see the Boys Equipment/Season Info tab fo additional information.
Competitive and Developmental teams for grades 7/8
- Competitive level teams are comprised of experienced players who have a solid understanding of the game and who have strong stick skills, which will allow them to develop at their level.
- Developmental level teams may be comprised of younger, recreational and/or beginning players based on their experience, stick skills, and knowledge of the game. The primary purpose of the developmental teams is to allow players to develop at the appropriate level and to challenge their lacrosse skills. Developmental level teams will stress equality of playing time and skill development over competitiveness.
- Players’ evaluations will be based on US Lacrosse guidelines.

- Player evaluations will be held during the first week of practice. Evaluations will be conducted by coaches from outside the UPLC program.
- Teams will be formed prior to the start of the second week of practice or before.
It should be noted that kids grow and develop at different ages. Just because a player isn't on the Competitve team in a given year doesn't mean that he or she won't be a top player in years to come. Every player can control their attitude and effort. Every player can make huge strides in their skill with focused effort, consistent practice, and determination.
